Papa Macros is a ready made meal company and we are looking to expand our kitchen team. We require a Sous Chef to work on a full time basis with some flexibility on hours.
The hours are:
Monday: 9am - 5pm
Tuesday - Friday: 7am - 3pm
Roles & responsibilities include:
- Cooking meals in batches by the recipes cards
- Assisting the Head Chef with ordering stock
- Managing stock levels with minimal wastage
- Accepting deliveries from suppliers
- Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen
- Managing production
Requirements:
- Minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
- Food Safety Certificate
- 5 Years Experience in food production or similar
