Papa Macros is a ready made meal company and we are looking to expand our kitchen team. We require a Sous Chef to work on a full time basis with some flexibility on hours.

The hours are:

Monday: 9am - 5pm

Tuesday - Friday: 7am - 3pm

Roles & responsibilities include:

  • Cooking meals in batches by the recipes cards
  • Assisting the Head Chef with ordering stock
  • Managing stock levels with minimal wastage
  • Accepting deliveries from suppliers
  • Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen
  • Managing production

Requirements:

  • Minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
  • Food Safety Certificate
  • 5 Years Experience in food production or similar
