About this role:

This is a full-time position (Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:00pm) with the successful candidate undertaking work on a wide range of matters relating to conveyancing, leasing, and more. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Providing advice on real estate transactions, contracts, and negotiations.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Conducting comprehensive legal research and analysis to provide insightful advice on property transactions.
  • Negotiating terms and conditions on behalf of clients to achieve favourable outcomes.
  • Conducting thorough due diligence, title searches, and property assessments.
  • Managing internal and external correspondences.

About you:

To be successful for this role you will have the following:

  • Admitted to practice or about to be admitted.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of our team.
  • Customer-focused.
