Solicitor / Associate / Senior Associate – Litigation Team

We're looking for the right person to join our team — whether you're a Solicitor with 3+ years PQE, an Associate ready to take the next step, or a Senior Associate looking to expand your experience and influence. What You'll Be Doing
Depending on your level of experience, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Manage your own matters from start to resolution — with guidance or support where needed
- Work across diverse areas: Comcare/EML (SRC Act) matters, employment disputes, professional discipline (AHPRA), coronial inquests, and medical negligence
- Provide clear, empathetic legal advice to clients in vulnerable situations
- Appear in courts, tribunals, and mediations, draft pleadings, and negotiate favourable outcomes
- Collaborate with an experienced team committed to doing the right thing — and doing it exceptionally well
You Might Be
- A Solicitor (3+ PQE) ready for more responsibility
- An Associate looking to deepen your expertise and broaden your litigation experience
- A Senior Associate seeking to build influence, mentor others, and expand your practice within a supportive environment
- Experienced in one or more of our core areas: medical negligence, workers compensation (particularly Comcare/EML), or employment law
- A strong communicator and compassionate advisor with a client-centred approach
- Someone who brings care, commitment, and passion to every aspect of your work
Bonus Points For
- Experience managing your own litigation files end-to-end
- Familiarity with ACT and NSW jurisdictions
