As we continue to grow, we're looking for a talented and driven Generalist Lawyer to join our team.

About the Role

You'll manage a varied caseload. This is an opportunity to work closely with clients, appear in court regularly, and have real autonomy in your work — all with the backing of a supportive legal team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Represent clients in court
• Draft legal documents and provide high-quality legal advice
• Manage files independently from initial consultation to resolution
• Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients' best interests
• Work collaboratively within a small but experienced legal team

About You

You'll ideally have:

• Admission as a legal practitioner in Australia. We will work with you to obtain a NSW practicing certificate
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to manage files independently
• A proactive and professional approach to legal practice
