What you'll do:

  • Welcome and engage visitors at our display homes
  • Guide clients through the new home journey – from first enquiry to contract signing
  • Match home designs to client lifestyles and budgets
  • Manage and follow up leads (including online and social media enquiries)
  • Work autonomously to achieve sales goals
  • Weekend work is mandatory as part of this role

What we're looking for:

  • Passion for helping people find their dream home
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, organised, and driven
  • Current driver's licence & reliable vehicle
  • Sales experience in new homes, real estate or similar (advantageous)
  • Ability to read and interpret site plans, floor plans, and technical drawings (training provided)
