Duties included but are not limited to:

  • Assisting advisers with scheduling client meetings and managing boardroom bookings for strategy sessions.
  • Supporting advisers by preparing and organising paraplanning requests as needed.
  • Developing compliance-focused procedures and training resources for new hires to meet ASIC and industry expectations.
  • Delegating tasks to administrative staff and monitoring workflows to support efficient client service delivery.
  • Overseeing office records and accounts to ensure compliance with industry standards and maintain accurate financial oversight.
  • Maintaining adherence to occupational health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Coordinating office space planning to ensure financial planners and staff have designated areas and access to essential tools for client work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Leederville WA 6007: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor Degree (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Office management: 2 years (Preferred)
