We are on the lookout for talented Mechanical Design Engineers to join our dedicated team of engineers and be a key contributor to the development and design of high-quality automotive products for some of our market leading brands.

You may be at the start of your engineering career and looking to take the next step or you are a little more seasoned but have an absolute passion for off-road vehicles and 4 x 4 outdoor adventures

What you will get to do:

  • Design, develop, and test innovative solutions while ensuring compliance with industry and legislated standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and customers to achieve engineering outcomes that meet deadlines and project criteria.
  • Hands-on, you are involved in the full product lifecycle, from concept and CAD modelling to prototyping, testing, and production support.
  • Conduct FEA simulations, develop prototypes, and run performance tests
  • Your ability to be agile and adaptable to the evolving needs of customers whilst adhering to project timelines will be key to your success.

What will give you the competitive edge?

  • Formal qualifications in Engineering (Mechanical) or related discipline (mandatory)
  • Proficiency in Solidworks/3D CAD modelling and FEA (mandatory)
  • Exposure to basic metal fabricating processes and plastic/rubber moulding technologies would be beneficial
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical design fundamentals, manufacturing processes, and AS1100 drafting standards
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in creating and interpreting engineering documentation, including PPAP (Production Part Approval Process).
  • You get it You have high emotional intelligence with the ability to build strong relationships, influence without authority, and manage up/across effectively
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and/or Project management application )
