Sales & Customer Service Representative - Freshdesk Operations

Part-time role. Monday to Friday

Location: Keysborough

The role

We need someone to own our customer experience through our Freshdesk ticketing system. You'll be the voice of ENTTEC, handling inquiries from lighting designers, architects, and AV integrators globally.

This isn't a typical customer service role - you'll be working with cutting-edge lighting technology, using AI tools to maximize efficiency, and directly impacting our growth.

Since 1999, we've been designing and manufacturing LED lighting control systems trusted by Disney, Eurovision, major theatres, and architectural projects worldwide. What you'll do

  • Respond to all customer inquiries within 4 hours
  • Handle phone calls with clients professionally
  • Prepare and send quotations for lighting control systems
  • Use AI tools to streamline responses while maintaining personal touch
  • Follow up on quotes and tickets until customers are operational
  • Identify technical issues that need escalation and act fast
  • Convert support conversations into sales opportunities

What we need from you

Must-haves:

  • Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Professional phone manner that impresses clients
  • 2+ years sales/customer service or admin experience with proven results
  • Common sense and ability to make quick decisions
  • Reliable and accountable
  • Comfort with technology and learning new systems

Even better if you have:

  • Technical background
  • Experience with CRM/ticketing systems
  • B2B sales experience
  • Understanding of international business culture
