Full Time Project Administrator and Coordinator

Taylormade Pty Ltd, a construction company, is seeking a Project Administrator and Coordinator to improve the efficiency and organisation of its construction projects. This essential role involves overseeing administrative tasks, facilitating coordination among various teams, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. The objective of this position is to enhance communication, streamline operations, and assist project managers in successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget.
Based out of Drummoyne, inner western Sydney, we are seeking a qualified Project Administrator with the right attitude and passion for the construction industry with at least 2 years of relevant experience and a minimum of a Diploma qualification or equivalent in substantial experience. Salary of $75,000 - $80,000 + super for this full-time position.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will undergo the following responsibilities and tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage paperwork for programs, projects, and services.
- Maintain meticulous records to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Contribute to smooth project execution and milestone achievement.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects and Engineers.
- Communicate effectively across diverse teams to facility cooperation.
- Aligned team towards common objectives to ensure project goals were met.
- Adapted to changing project requirements and priorities with ease.
- Demonstrated sound judgement in advising senior management on important matters.
- Implemented decisions effectively, contributing to organizational success.
- Balanced competing priorities and managed multiple tasks concurrently.
- Supervised contractor activities and provided reports on changes to work orders.
- Ensured compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Fostered a culture of accountability and excellence within project teams.
- Upheld project integrity and delivered results-driven outcomes.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Diploma qualification or equivalent in substantial experience.
