We are seeking an organised and proactive Recruitment Officer to join our team and support end-to-end recruitment across a busy operational workforce.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced work, building strong relationships, and helping drive positive hiring outcomes.

Based out at Wellcamp, this position is a parental leave cover, however, has access to any future opportunities within our growing organisation.

Your Opportunity

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and deliver end-to-end recruitment processes including advertising, screening, interviewing and onboarding
  • Conduct thorough pre-employment checks, including references, VEVO verification, medicals, licences, tickets, and qualifications
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure effective document controls
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience
  • Ensure compliance with HR practices, policies, and relevant legislation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders

About you

You will bring:

  • Previous recruitment experience, preferably in civil construction, infrastructure, or related blue-collar industries
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit for high-demand operational roles in a competitive market
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a recruitment
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage onboarding and compliance processes effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and solution-focused approach
