We're on the lookout for a dynamic, self-motivated individual with a vibrant personality to fill the role of Student Recruitment and Partnership Advisor for South West Queensland. As part of our team, you will work closely with and report to the Student Recruitment and Partnership Manager.

This position is well-suited for individuals with sales experience in the education industry or those currently working in the RTO sector who are seeking a change or the next step in their careers.

Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with local schools, employers and Australian Apprenticeship Support Networks (AASN)
  • Facilitating school-based traineeships.
  • Proactively following up on sales leads.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Participating in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional activities as required.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • A high level of personal presentation.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Self-motivation and a drive to succeed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A positive "can-do" attitude and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • A current driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • A current QLD Blue Card (or the ability to promptly obtain one upon successful appointment).
