People & Performance Support Officer

We are currently seeking a passionate and reliable People and Performance Support Officer (Blue Card/Police Checks) to provide business support to the People and Performance team, based in Lota. If you have high volume administration experience, then we want to hear from you

Your New Role

Reporting to the Recruitment and Onboarding Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring all employees comply with the Working with Children (Blue Cards) and Police Check requirements. In addition to this, you will work with Governement departments to ensure organisational compliance, manage existing employee working with children compliance and undertake compliance related projects to ensure continuous improvement of the business. About You

• Minimum of 2 year's work experience in an administration role with high volumes
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability in building and maintaining relationships both internally and externally
• Effective time management skills with a demonstrated ability to meet multiple deadlines and commitments
