We are currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic **Recruitment and Onboarding Officer** to support our internal recruitment process at our Bayside PCYC Youth Club in Lota. If you are experienced in internal recruitment practices and have a keen attention to detail, then we want to hear from you

**Your New Role**

The Recruitment and Onboarding Officer provides a broad range of support to the People & Culture Team, including managing the recruitment and onboarding of employeesPCYC. This position also undertakes a variety of generalist HR administrative tasks to support the everyday operations of the People & Culture Team in a fast-paced environment. **About You**
- Experience working in Recruitment or People and Culture teams
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders of all levels
- Effective time management skills with a demonstrated ability to meet multiple deadlines and commitments
