Your New Role

The Recruitment and Onboarding Officer provides a broad range of support to the People & Culture Team, including managing the recruitment and onboarding of employeesPCYC. This position also undertakes a variety of generalist HR administrative tasks to support the everyday operations of the People & Culture Team in a fast-paced environment. About You

  • Experience working in Recruitment or People and Culture teams
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders of all levels
  • Effective time management skills with a demonstrated ability to meet multiple deadlines and commitments
