We are currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Recruitment and Onboarding Officer to support our internal recruitment process at our PCYC Bayside Youth Club in Lota. If you are experienced in internal recruitment practices and have a keen attention to detail, then we want to hear from you

Your New Role
The Recruitment and Onboarding Officer provides a broad range of support to the People & Culture Team, including managing the recruitment and onboarding of PCYC employees. This position also undertakes a variety of generalist HR administrative tasks to support the everyday operations of the People & Culture Team in a fast-paced environment. About You
- Experience working in Recruitment or People and Culture teams
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders of all levels
- Effective time management skills with a demonstrated ability to meet multiple deadlines and commitments
