- Issuing of policy documentation and data entry
- Greeting clients in office when required
- Previous customer service and administration experience would be desirable
- Able to learn new software and processes
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Experience handling sensitive documents
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
- A passion for helping and supporting others
