Your New Opportunity:

An excellent full-time, permanent opportunity exists for an Experienced Parts Analyst/Part interpreter/warehouse to join our dynamic team based at our Coomera offices where you will support the parts supply chain team. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to;

  • Interacting and supporting our customer base
  • Supporting our expanding Dealer network
  • Processing orders and maintaining inventory levels
  • Assisting customers with identifying the correct parts for their engines/power systems
  • Staying up to date with new products and technologies in the off-highway automotive and power generation industries
  • Attend meetings with other departments (Sales/ Service) to ensure priority of reviews based on volume and delivery schedule of new product introductions.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Spare parts interpreting experience preferred.
  • Knowledge / background in diesel engines.
  • Experience using MANits and DEAR is highly regarded but not essential
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Good computer proficiency
  • An eagerness to learn
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
