Development Manager - Industrial
We are looking for a Development Manager to work with us in our new, dynamic consulting business working on some of the most exciting development opportunities in Sydney.
This is a hands on role working directly with the founder and you will be exposed to all aspects of the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage industrial development projects in south west Sydney.
- Coordinate and manage consultants, including planners, architects, engineers, and project managers.
- Support negotiations with tenants, landowners and funding partners.
- Oversee approvals process, design development and project reporting.
- Assist in financial modeling, budgeting, and feasibility analysis.
About You
- Previous Industrial experience required.
- Strong Organisational and Communication skills.
- Commercially minded, with experience preparing feasibilities and business cases.
- Comfort in fast moving dynamic environment.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: $140,000.00 – $180,000.00 per year
