You'll work directly alongside the Head of Development – a highly respected industry leader known for delivering premium outcomes and providing excellent mentorship. The role offers a genuine pathway for growth within a well-established, agile team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist across all phases of the development lifecycle – from feasibility and acquisitions to delivery and settlement
  • Coordinate planning applications, manage consultant inputs, and monitor development approvals
  • Track budgets, cash flow, and key project milestones
  • Support sales and marketing processes, including purchaser management and settlements
  • Liaise with consultants, contractors, and authorities to keep projects moving
  • Assist with construction phase activities including site reviews, issue resolution and documentation

About You:

  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in an Assistant Development Manager or Development Support role
  • Exposure to both front-end and delivery/development phases
  • Tertiary qualifications in Property, Construction, Planning or related field

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
