We are seeking Part Time Administration Assistants for Temporary and Ongoing Assignments that are coming up with our clients in Grafton

WORK 2-4 DAYS PER WEEK

General Duties:

  • General administrative tasks, such as taking phone calls, writing and responding to emails, data entry
  • Reception duties and greeting customers/clients for some of our fantastic opportunities
  • Assist with payroll and accounts duties if suitably skilled or qualified
  • Quality assurance
  • Applying a solutions' driven approach to common and difficult situations in the workplace
  • Using a high attention to detail with data and entering stock numbers and details

Requirements:

  • A great customer service skillset and attitude
  • Demonstrated experience working at an Administrative level will be advantageous however, not mandatory - we are open to hearing from entry-level administrators
  • Driver Licence
  • Ability to work in Grafton or surrounding suburbs
  • Ability to work 2-4 days per week
  • Ability to commence ASAP or within 2 weeks
  • Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test
  • Australian work rights
