We're on the hunt for a driven and guest-focused Contact Centre Sales Agent to join our team in our Bondi Junction office. What You'll Be Doing

Convert interest into bookings: Handle inbound phone, email, and web enquiries and turn them into confirmed travel reservationsSell with confidence: Recommend and upsell our full range of travel products, including Guided Holidays, Inspiring Journeys, Short Breaks, and Day ToursDeliver full-service experiences: Offer guests end-to-end travel solutions, from accommodation and insurance to flights and railBe the voice of AAT Kings: Build rapport and trust with every guest you speak toOwn your performance: Meet and exceed monthly sales and service targetsKeep it organised: Use CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and booking platforms to manage guest details and track leads

About You

Strong understanding of the sales cycle and a track record of meeting KPIsExcellent communication skills, verbal and writtenHighly organised and detail-oriented, with strong follow-up skillsGuest-focused, confident and driven by resultsFamiliarity with Australian and New Zealand destinationsAvailable to work a 5-day rotating roster, including Saturdays
