The platform is designed to simplify and modernise the way people send and receive money across borders using conventional currencies.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Supervisor to assist with managing the full sales process, supporting customers, and ensuring that our sales strategies are effectively executed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-Day Activities: Monitor and listen to team calls while providing assistance where needed. You will manage leads throughout the full sales pipeline, from initial contact to becoming active e-Pocket clients, and re-engage dormant accounts to encourage future activity.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, resolve customer issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy Implementation: Support the execution of sales strategies and campaigns, ensuring they are clearly communicated and effectively applied across the business.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to help ensure our offering remains competitive.
  • Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular sales reports for the Sales Manager and senior management, offering insights into sales performance, customer trends, and market conditions.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles (remittance or financial services experience highly regarded).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with sales targets and reporting requirements.
