We're a fast-growing franchise pool maintenance company looking for a motivated and reliable team member to join us in a full-time role. If you enjoy working outdoors, like solving problems, and are looking for a career with real growth potential — this could be the perfect fit.

About the role:

You'll be servicing and maintaining residential and commercial swimming pools, working independently across a range of sites. No two days are the same — and you'll be supported with full training and ongoing development.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Enjoy working outdoors in a hands-on, physical role
  • A current open driver's license
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
  • A willingness to learn and grow with the business
