About Us
Drill Bits Recyclers is an Australian company focused on recovering and recycling high-value metals like tungsten, nickel, and cobalt from heavy industry. We help mining, drilling, oil and gas, engineering, and high-tech companies recycle better, reduce waste, improve ESG reporting and find extra value in their scrap.
The Role
This role can be full time, part time, or commission based.
You will find and develop new opportunities, build long-term relationships, visit sites and offices, and represent us at industry events.
You will put together practical recycling solutions for each client, coordinate with our operations team, and make sure our service is reliable, safe, and brings the best value to our client from first pickup to final report.
Key Responsibilities
Gain new clients across mining, drilling, oil and gas, engineering, and high tech, turning qualified leads into long-term b2b relationships
Establish and grow connections with site teams, procurement, and leadership, with clear, consistent follow-ups.
Show companies how to recycle better and earn more from scrap by mapping their metal streams and proposing simple, tailored programs with clear ESG reporting.
Coordinate smooth rollouts with our operations team, including bin placement, segregation on site, transport, weigh-in, and timely reports.
About You
• Experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management.
• Clear communicator who is comfortable on site and in meetings.
• Able to plan your work, follow up, be reactive when customers need us.
• Confident negotiating and closing agreements.
• Organised, dependable, and respectful of site requirements and safety
• Background in recycling or heavy industry is important
• Knowledge of tungsten carbide or other high-performance metals is a bonus.
• truck Driving License is a plus.
