We're a Queensland-based training provider with nearly two decades of experience delivering nationally recognised safety courses. Our work supports a wide range of sectors—including construction, mining, manufacturing, and government—through practical, outcome-focused training.
Courses are delivered at our Townsville facility or on-site with clients across the state. Our approach goes beyond compliance, aiming to equip participants with the skills and confidence to apply what they learn in real workplace settings.
ABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service & Training Administrator to support training operations at our Townsville facility. This part-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, values team collaboration, and thrives in a service-focused environment.
The role requires a minimum of two days per week (Thursdays and Fridays), with the option to increase to three days if preferred. We're happy to offer flexibility and work with you to find the right arrangement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCustomer Service & Front Reception
- Greet and assist participants upon arrival, including supporting access to digital systems
- Answer incoming calls and provide professional, friendly client support
- Respond to course enquiries and refer calls appropriately
- Ensure a welcoming and organised reception environment
Training Administration
- Prepare and collate training materials
- Audit course paperwork to ensure completeness and compliance
- Input data and results into the Student Management System
- Digitally archive training records and maintain accurate documentation
- Provide general administrative support to the team
Facilities Support
- Maintain a tidy, well-organised training and office environment
- Use company vehicle for errands such as collecting course materials or checking mail
You're someone who takes pride in delivering excellent customer service and enjoys being part of a small, reliable team. You're adaptable, detail-oriented, and confident working independently when needed.
