You'll be working for a leading manufacturer and supplier of safety identification products and solutions. With over 5,700 employees worldwide and around 180 across their Sydney and Perth sites, their solutions help customers increase safety, security, productivity and performance across industries including manufacturing, electrical, construction, healthcare, defence and aerospace.

About the Role

Reporting to the State Sales Manager, this is a pivotal role where you'll manage and grow a defined WA territory. You'll partner with customers as a trusted advisor, showcasing technical products and solutions, and driving growth through both new business and existing accounts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Achieving sales and revenue targets across your territory.
  • Prospecting, qualifying and closing new business opportunities.
  • Delivering engaging site visits and technical product demonstrations.
  • Building strong customer relationships by developing tailored value propositions.
  • Leveraging market insights, competitor knowledge and industry trends to deliver results.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure customer needs are exceeded.

About You

We're seeking a motivated, outcome-driven sales professional who:

  • Brings 3+ years of technical solution sales experience, ideally within industrial or related industries.
  • Has a proven record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets.
  • Is strategic, customer-focused and confident engaging with decision-makers at all levels.
  • Has excellent influencing, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Is enthusiastic and eager to learn new technical knowledge quickly.
