A rewarding career opportunity exists for a Contract Administrator with a leading multidisciplinary building company specialising in commercial fitout, refurbishment, and construction, with supporting divisions in the manufacture of custom joinery, and acoustic glazing.

Quadric is a Brisbane based firm which employs over 50 direct staff, 50 contract staff, and over the last 45 years has specialised in project values generally up to $20million. Our project portfolio includes fitout of corporate offices, retail, higher education, healthcare, hospitality, defence, and aviation. Our target profile is directed at design significant fitout works, which may include a degree of complex structural new build / refurbishment work.

The position will entail the management of time, cost, quality, risk, on a number of projects. Working as a team with one Project Manager over several projects will allow mentoring and gives the ability for someone at the Junior end of the scale to prosper. You will join our project division of roughly 5 Upper Management, 5 Project Managers, 5 Contract Administrators, and 20 Site Managers, and 10 Support Staff.

The applicant will require a sound knowledge of building practices, subcontract management, project scheduling, client / consultant liaison, and contract management. Tertiary and/or certificate level qualifications relevant to the role are favourable. We are searching for a professional with great communication skills, well organised, self-directed, and 3 years experience in a similar role in a diverse range of projects.

Candidates must possess Australian work rights as this position is based at our Fortitude Valley headquarters with regular site visits throughout Brisbane and south-east Queensland.

The work location is based at Quadric HQ in Fortitude Valley with regular site visits to the multiple projects around Brisbane and south-east Queensland.

Remuneration is subject to suitability of candidate but we encourage graduates and junior contract administrators to apply.
