We're growing and looking for a motivated Contract Administrator to join our high-performing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a capable and commercially minded professional to play a pivotal role across a diverse portfolio of projects – while working within a business that values performance, integrity and professional development.

About you

As a critical contributor to the team, you will be responsible for assessing and reviewing project requirements, such as resourcing, budget and risk management and ensuring the overall successful delivery of our projects.

  • 3+ years' experience in contract administration within the commercial construction or fitout industry
  • Strong working knowledge of contracts, procurement, cost control and project delivery
  • A confident communicator, that values strong stakeholder and client relationships
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and commitment to quality outcomes
  • A natural problem-solver with an exceptional eye for detail
  • A strong collaborator, motivated by working with others to deliver exceptional outcomes

About the role

In this role you will:

  • Assist the PM in monitoring & reporting on the performance of projects
  • Maintain project documents and assets
  • Review technical specifications and develop detailed instructions for the site team
  • Support the Estimating Team with estimating, tendering and bidding for projects
  • Responsible for budget management, ensuring that projects are undertaken within approved budgets and monitoring/tracking financial status
  • Demonstrate a sound understanding of contract variations and their implications
  • Participate in client meetings and ensure client/contractor relationships are maintained and improved throughout the course of the project and after completion
