What You'll Do

As a Sales Enablement Trainer, you will be crucial to meeting regional performance goals by:

  • Delivering high-impact, role-based sales training
    tailored to every stage of the sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, negotiation, closing, adoption, and value realization.
  • Designing and facilitating engaging learning sessions,
    including hands-on workshops, role plays, and scenario-based learning.
  • Overseeing the comprehensive onboarding program
    for new hires and implementing continuous education/upskilling sessions for frontline sellers and managers.
  • Partnering with sales leaders and SMEs
    to create and deliver training that reinforces best practices, product knowledge, and value-based selling.
  • Applying your deep understanding of adult learning principles
    to create effective training materials in the most appropriate modality (eLearning, microlearning, job aids, etc.).
  • Analysing internal data and training feedback
    to identify skill gaps, track performance metrics, and continuously refine training programs for maximum impact.
  • Guiding sales managers
    in developing their coaching abilities to better support their teams.
  • Maintaining and updating training materials and the regional training calendar.

What You'll Bring

We are looking for a motivated professional with a proven track record of driving sales performance through enablement.

Essential Requirements:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience
    , which must include one of the following:
  • 2+ years of sales or sales management experience,
    preferably within the
    Ad Tech, Digital Advertising, or Digital Marketing
    industry.
  • 1+ years of dedicated Sales Enablement experience
    in developing and delivering training content for sales teams.
  • Proven ability to
    design and deliver engaging, actionable training
    for geographically dispersed, customer-facing teams operating in a virtual environment.
  • Deep understanding of
    sales methodologies
    (experience with
    SPIN
    preferred) and
    adult learning principles
    .
  • Excellent
    written and verbal communication skills
    and a strong aptitude for
    stakeholder management
    .
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills
    ; you must be able to inspire and motivate sales professionals at all levels.
  • An
    engaging and strong on-camera presence
    is essential for delivering training virtually.
