- Increase the effectiveness and productivity of our broker network
- Join an organisation with a thriving culture centred around high performance and care
We're REA
With bold and ambitious goals, REA Group is changing the way the world experiences property. No matter where you're at on your property journey, we're here to help with every step - whether that's finding or financing your next home.
Our people are the key to our success. At the heart of everything we do, is a thriving culture centred around high performance and care. We are purpose driven and collaborative, which drives innovation and our ability to make a real impact. As such, we're proud to have been named in Australia's "Top 5" Best Workplaces two years in a row, as well as being recognised as a Best Workplace for Women.
Where the team fits in
The Financial Services team's goal is to be the
#1 destination to find and finance property
in Australia. We will deliver this through a multi-channel home loan marketplace, supported by the #1 retail broker offering that provides full market coverage, leading rates and great service. This will be achieved by building innovative consumer search and property finance application experiences that integrate the mortgage distribution channels of digital, phone and face to face. The financial services team is accountable for strategy development and execution, working with our partners to build our capability and product offerings, leading sales management and engaging across the other lines of business in REA.
What The Role Is All About
The Sales Enablement Manager is fundamentally responsible for increasing the effectiveness and productivity of our broker network. This role serves as a critical and active link between high-level business strategy and on-the-ground field execution.
The core function of this role is to equip our State Teams with everything they need to effectively drive sales revenue, enhance broker productivity, and confidently execute the core aspects of their roles. To achieve this, you will develop and deliver targeted team training and coaching, creating best-in-class sales tools and templates, and refining processes to remove friction and improve outcomes.
We are seeking a true hybrid professional - a strategic doer and an expert change manager who is equally comfortable contributing to strategic discussions and rolling up their sleeves to manage tactical execution. The ideal candidate thrives on juggling competing priorities, proactively identifying and overcoming roadblocks, and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
This position operates as a central hub of collaboration and partnership. You will work closely with a wide array of internal stakeholders, including Go-To-Market (GTM), Finance & Data Analytics, Product & Technology, Operations, L&D, and Marketing. A crucial success factor will be acting as a trusted advisor to our state teams, building strong relationships, and serving as their representative voice back to the wider business.
Ultimately, this role will directly contribute to our overarching ambition of becoming the #1 destination for Australians to find and finance property. By ensuring the right initiatives are delivered to the right brokers in the right way and at the right time, you will play a pivotal role in setting our network up for success and driving the growth of the entire business.
Who We're Looking For
- 5-8 years of demonstrated experience in a Sales Enablement, Go-to-Market (GTM), or Sales Operations role.
- Proven success in managing complex projects from strategic conception through to execution and delivery.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a strong, demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority.
- Experience designing and delivering a range of enablement resources, including sales tools, training content, and communication campaigns.
Bonus points for
- Background in a high-growth company known for a mature sales enablement function (e.g., in Tech, SaaS, or Telecommunications).
- Experience in the financial services, mortgage broking, or a related industry with a franchise/broker model
The REA Experience
The physical, mental, emotional and financial health of our people is something we'll never stop caring about. This is a place to learn and grow.
Some Of Our Perks & Benefits Include
- A hybrid and flexible approach to working
- Flexible leave options including, birthday leave and purchase additional leave
- Flexible parental leave offering for primary and secondary carers
- Our Because We Care program offers employees volunteering leave, community grants, matched payroll giving and our Community Café donates 100% of revenue to charity
- Hackdays so you can bring your big ideas to life
Our commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
We are committed to providing a working environment that embraces and values diversity, equity and inclusion. We believe teams with diverse ideas and experiences are more creative, more effective and fuel disruptive thinking. If you've got the skills, dedication and enthusiasm to learn but don't necessarily meet every single point on the job description, please still get in touch.
