About the role

As a Sales Trainer
, using CPM and Reddit's training methods, processes, and standards, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering sales training to internal sales teams. You will be responsible for the entire sales training program – including developing courses, scheduling classes, communicating with participants and stakeholders, assessing the outcomes (impact) of the training, and reporting results to stakeholders. You will work in partnership with sales team managers, to ensure training is impactful in meeting business needs, and will identify training needs and best practices with the end goal of sharing/collaborating with the team to improve training methods, processes, and standards.

As a 
Sales Trainer
, you will become an authority on Reddit sales motions and unique methods of influencing sales in B2B, retail, and direct sales ecosystems. Some of your duties will include, but not limited to:

• Develop, deliver and manage sales training programs
• Develop sales certifications and certification tracks within the program
• Maintain a robust calendar of sales training
• Develop behavioural and performance objectives for given training interventions and report on attainment of objectives to stakeholders
• Work with director, program manager, team leads and client to monitor and assess training impact on team performance with the end goal of better aligning training content and methods to improve performance

About you

We are looking for someone to hit the ground running:

• 5+ years' experience in a similar role – sales training
• Cert IV in Training and Assessment
• Experience delivering training to sales teams in a professional environment
• Extensive working knowledge of online marketing/ad-tech industry sales strategies
• Ads and media sales experience (highly regarded)
• Computer technology experience – particularly as it relates to e-learning and training within a virtual environment (highly regarded)
• Instructional design experience specifically the ability to create visually appealing content that communicate complex ideas in an understandable format (highly regarded)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical abilities and organisational skills, driven by results and business impacts
• Self-starter, quick learner, and the ability to work autonomously with minimal direction
• Passionate about delivering excellence and superior service to the business
