About the role
As a Scheduling Officer your role is critical, and your planning and logistical expertise directly supports onsite regulatory staff to maintain and monitor quality education and care for young children across NSW.
Your responsibilities include the:
- Coordination, planning and accurately scheduling of quality assessment visits.
- Collaborate with regulatory staff to ensure effective visit schedules and change updates are shared promptly
- Manage databases and system to track progress, monitor risk and ensure records are current for quality assurance
- Support the Coordinator to monitor the completion of assessment ratings and compliance visits within agreed timeframe.
- Prepare quality evidence-based reports, submission and correspondence.

Key knowledge and Experience
- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department's Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department's Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
Essential requirements of the role
- A valid Working with Children Check clearance.
- Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.
