The Opportunity

We're looking for a Sales Specialist with deep experience selling professional services and SaaS-based Observability/Monitoring platforms (think New Relic, Datadog, Dynatrace, Observe, etc.) into enterprise and government accounts.

You'll join AC3's Digital Practice, a fast growing team at the intersection of Cloud, DevOps, and Data to drive new revenue and expand key relationships. You'll partner closely with our technical teams and vendor alliances to deliver solutions that genuinely solve business problems and help customers modernise.

What You'll Do

  • Own the sales cycle for observability and digital performance solutions, from prospecting to close.
  • Develop strategic account plans and uncover opportunities to deliver AC3 professional services and managed service offerings.
  • Engage at C-level to position AC3 as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with solution architects and delivery teams to design tailored outcomes.
  • Manage pipeline, forecasting, and renewals in line with targets.
  • Stay across vendor programs, certifications, and market trends to keep AC3 ahead of the curve.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years' success in B2B ICT or managed services sales.
  • Proven track record selling professional services and software subscriptions within complex environments.
  • Experience with observability/monitoring tools (New Relic, Datadog, Dynatrace, Splunk Observability, or similar).
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and comfort engaging C-suite stakeholders.
  • Energy, initiative, and genuine curiosity about technology that delivers real world value.
