The Opportunity

As Business Development Manager, you'll act as the primary point of contact for the practice, focusing on strategic revenue generation and profile-raising activities. With a dedicated tenders team to support you, you'll have the space to concentrate on building relationships, shaping client strategies, and driving market positioning initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing tailored client and sector growth plans.
  • Coaching senior stakeholders on client development and relationship strategies.
  • Identifying opportunities for revenue growth and market engagement.
  • Delivering profile-raising initiatives and thought leadership.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven business development experience from a law firm or broader professional services environment (legal, accounting, engineering)
  • Exposure to government and public sector clients will be highly regarded.
  • Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
