As part of this exciting evolution, we are seeking a Client Development & Markets Executive to join the team, working closely with our OperationsManager and Director of Knowledge and Markets.

In this role, you'll be directly involved in activities that strengthen client engagement and support the firm's growth - from preparing tenders and proposals, to managing client data, coordinating events and helping bring our brand to life through publications and market-facing initiatives. You'll also provide the operational support that keeps these business development efforts on track.

Responsibilities:

As Client Development & Markets Executive, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Markets & Client Development

Prepare and coordinate tenders, proposals, credentials, capability statements, and submissions for legal directories and awards.

Manage and maintain client data and integrated databases, generating insights that support business development initiatives.

Coordinate client engagement activities, including seminars, webinars, sponsorships and other firmwide events.

Liaise with industry associations to secure speaking opportunities and strengthen KingstonReid's profile in the market.

Maintain and update branded materials, collateral, and expertise databases.

Support website and client interface projects, working with vendors and providing project coordination.

Assist with the preparation and distribution of market-facing content, including articles, podcasts, newsletters and social media.

Operational & Project Support

Provide project management and administrative support to initiatives under the Markets & Knowledge and Operations plans.

Manage firmwide subscriptions to media outlets and other services.

Maintain approved supplier and vendor lists, supporting compliance with sustainability and modern slavery requirements.

Skills & experience we're looking for:

You'll thrive in this role if you have:

Strong administrative, project management and organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.

Ability to draft and coordinate high-quality tender, pitch and proposal documents.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with strong attention to detail.

High level of client service focus and confidence in engaging with internal and external stakeholders.

Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, use initiative and anticipate needs.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with Canva, Client Sense, Mailchimp, WordPress or similar tools advantageous.

A collaborative, team-oriented approach with an open and enthusiastic mindset.
