Business Development Manager
to drive the growth of our revenue from corporate clients across Australia and New Zealand.

Essential Functions And Responsibilities
You will be responsible for growing revenue from corporate clients across Australia and New Zealand by executing a proven sales framework, managing inbound enquiries, proactively prospecting for new business, and working collaboratively with internal teams.
Description Of Duties
- Execute a refined sales strategy to achieve annual revenue targets
- Respond promptly to inbound leads
- Collaborate strongly with internal teams to maximise conversion opportunities
- Conduct strategic outbound prospecting to build and expand the sales pipeline
- Develop strong business relationships, effectively communicate company value propositions, and secure new clients
- Prepare, present, and submit compelling client proposals
Qualifications And Preferred Skills
- Degree or certificate in business is advantageous
- 3+ years' experience in B2B sales and previous experience securing new clients and growing revenue
- Apply strategic thinking to outbound prospecting to maximise success
- Ability to work cohesively with internal teams
- Excellent interpersonal skills and building strong relationships with clients and internal teams
- Self-motivated, organised and ability to work efficiently
- Previous experience in these industries is advantageous: employee relocation, travel, hotel, logistics or similar industry
