Digital Marketing Specialist

The Digital Channel Marketing Executive is a key role as part of the marketing and sales team and is be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive engagement, lead generation, and sales through various digital channels. You will work closely with vendors, channel partners, and internal teams to promote our vendor technology products and solutions across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Channel Strategy & Execution
- Work with marketing and vendor managers to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns tailored to channel partners and vendor requirements in line with business goals
- Align digital initiatives with marketing plans and channel sales objectives
- Digital Campaigns
- Work with stakeholders to plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel digital campaigns (email, social media, paid media, SEO/SEM) with key stakeholders
- Manage co-branded digital campaigns with vendors and partners
- CRM & Data Management
- CRM focus - work with the marketing and sales team to optimise the CRM (properties, reports, analytics) segmentation of the database for edms (newsletter, event, enablement and nurture email) and targeted campaigns
- Work with the marketing team and key stakeholders to ensure Data management processes and best practice is in place.
- List segmentation, management, uploading and reporting
- Lead Generation & Technology usage
- Provide lead generation support to marketing, sales, enablement and BDRs to set up automated workflows and lead nurtures in Hubspot
- Drive improvements across the technology stack including, the website (Hubspot), external lead generation platforms such as ZoomInfo, Partner Optimizer, NetSuite, and
- Website management refresh and updates
- Work with the Head of Marketing on new website designs and updates
- Responsible for website Landing Page builds, page updates and module edits
- Website optimisation focus
- Review website pages to conduct AB testing and improve website UX to increase conversion rates.
- Grow SEO traffic and conversions in line with business objectives
- Content & Digital Asset Creation
- Create and manage digital content including graphics, digital videos/ animations, enewsletters, blog posts, and online product promotions.
- Ensure messaging is consistent with brand and vendor guidelines.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics & HubSpot
- Provide insights and recommendations based on KPIs such as CTR, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Social Media
- Work with the Head of Marketing to develop and execute a content and social media strategy driving greater social engagement to target markets.
- Partner Engagement
- Support channel partners with digital assets, toolkits, and training materials.
- Collaborate with Marketing Managers and Sales teams to ensure alignment on partner needs.
- Technology & Tools
- Utilise marketing automation platforms and HubSpot to manage campaigns and leads
- Be the Hubspot and AI champion within the Marketing function, look into the use of AI across the team and make recommendations.
- Use or the ability to use other online tools
Requirements
To be successful in this role, your background should include
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or technology distribution.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Strong understanding of channel marketing dynamics and partner ecosystems.
- Interest in technology and the optimisation of digital marketing assets
- Proficiency in SEO/SEM, Google Ads, and email marketing tools.
- Strong familiarity with marketing automation, analytics, and CRM, content management tools. In particular, experience with Hubspot
- Effective communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills to work with vendors and internal teams.
- Basic design skills (Photoshop, Canva, or similar) for creating digital campaign assets
- Team player and can do attitude
- Strong Project Management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work to deadlines, juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
