We specialise in curating once-in-a-lifetime experiences – from the icy wilderness of Antarctica to the vibrant heart of South America – and we're looking for a Digital Performance Specialist who's ready to make a tangible impact on growth, visibility, and ROI.
This isn't a passive, "wait for direction" type of role.
We're after a proactive doer – someone who spots opportunities, takes ownership, and makes things happen. You'll be trusted to create, execute, and optimise digital strategies that drive enquiries and conversions across multiple high-value channels.
What You'll DoDigital Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement performance-driven digital marketing strategies across all brands.
- Manage paid and organic campaigns with a laser focus on lead generation, conversion, and ROI.
- Collaborate directly with company directors and sales managers to align campaigns with business goals.
Campaign Management
- Own end-to-end campaign performance — from planning and execution to analytics and reporting.
- Optimise Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media to ensure every dollar delivers measurable return.
- Build and enhance HubSpot automations, lead funnels, and email workflows that convert.
- Create and send compelling EDMs that nurture leads and inspire travel.
Performance & Insights
- Analyse campaign data using GA4, Google Trends, and other tools to identify insights and opportunities.
- Translate numbers into actions — continuously testing, learning, and improving.
- Present clear, actionable reports that demonstrate performance against KPIs and ROI targets.
Budget & ROI Management
- Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximise campaign profitability.
- Proactively identify underperforming areas and pivot strategies to ensure continuous growth.
Test, Learn & Innovate
- Lead quarterly "test and learn" initiatives to push creative and performance boundaries.
- Experiment with new platforms, ad formats, and conversion strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
- A proactive self-starter with a "get it done" attitude.
- Experienced in Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and email marketing (HubSpot experience a big plus).
- Both creative and analytical — you think strategically but act decisively.
- Comfortable working autonomously and owning your results.
- A team player who thrives in a small, agile, high-trust environment.
- Ideally 2+ years of digital marketing experience with tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
