What you'll do
Drive sales growth and market share for safety-focused sensor and integrated solutions.
Act as a trusted technical expert and advisor, helping customers solve complex challenges with tailored solutions.
Lead customer engagement, from identifying needs to delivering end-to-end application solutions.
Execute go-to-market strategies, collaborate with Asia & Pacific and global teams, and ensure successful product launches.
Build strong partnerships with national/key accounts, while championing SICK's safety solutions.
You'll report to the Manager of Sensor & Integrated Solutions and be part of a warm, welcoming team that provides the tools and support you need to succeed.
The role is based at our Heidelberg West office, with a hybrid arrangement of three days in the office and two days working from home per week. Do note, this is a national role and domestic travel, and periodic international travel is a requirement for the position.
About You
Background as a Product, Industry, or Sales Specialist with strong solution-selling experience.
Degree or diploma in engineering, technology, business or marketing.
Deep technical knowledge of sensors and integrated solutions, especially in factory or logistics automation.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively, thriving in an agile, dynamic environment.
At least 3 years' experience in product management, business development, or solution sales.
Proven success managing multiple projects under changing priorities.
Exposure to robotics, industrial automation, or safety applications.
