About the Role

As State Manager, based in VIC you'll lead a talented client services team, to grow client base and market share ensuring every customer walks away with more than just premium products—they walk away with a memorable experience. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this role blends leadership, strategy, and hands-on relationship building.

Your days will involve:

  • Leading, coaching, and inspiring a state-wide team to reach new heights of performance.
  • Driving sales growth through new business, re-engaging past clients, and strengthening existing partnerships.
  • Representing multiple brands with confidence, delivering solutions that go beyond products to createbusiness value.
  • Maintaining operational excellence, compliance, and attention to detail.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years' experience managing and motivating customer-facing teams.
  • Proven ability to sell tailored service solutions, not just products, building long-term partnerships.
  • Exceptional leadership, presentation, and communication skills—you're a natural ambassador for the brand.
