  • Looking for a Head Chef to develop and grow our Gum Tree Kitchen Menu from our production kitchen in Brighton.
  • Attractive salary and regular day time hours of work.

Required Skills / Attributes

  • Head Chef with desire to work in and lead successful production kitchen
  • Great attitude. Has empathy and humility to lead a professional and experienced kitchen team.
  • Experienced in recipe development. Able to innovate and drive the Gum Tree Kitchen menu into new categories
  • On time and well presented

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading the Gum Tree Kitchen, developing and delivering consistently high quality food
  • Manage stock control, ordering and cost of goods
  • Detailed understanding and delivery of menu, including recipe cards, methods of production and presentation standards
  • Ahere to Gum Tree Good Food kitchen standards and approach, covering all food stanards and safety requirements
