What you'll be doing:

  • Lead and inspire the kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences across diverse, high-volume events
  • Design, refine, and execute event menus in collaboration with the Executive Chef and Directors
  • Champion food safety, quality, and consistency at every event
  • Train, mentor, and support your team to achieve excellence under pressure
  • Manage kitchen budgets, stock control, rostering, and reporting
  • Collaborate with operations and FOH teams to ensure seamless event delivery

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in premium dining or high-end event environments
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a track record of building high-performing teams
  • Culinary creativity and technical expertise across multiple cuisines and event formats
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, large-scale setting while maintaining impeccable standards
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
