The Venue

Scots College is part of leading hospitality company Trippas White Group, which operates from premium locations such as the Sydney Opera House, Roslyn Packer Theatre, Sydney Tower, Royal Botanic Gardens, Royal Prince Edward Yacht Club and Singapore Airlines Lounges.

The Role

Trippas White Group have the exclusive contract at Scots College. We are now seeking hospitality professionals to join the team and enjoy the work/ life balance the operation has to offer. 

We are seeking experienced Barista to join us on a casual basis. You enjoy working in a busy environment with a close-knit team. This exciting role will include general cafe work/ stock management/ high volume takeaway only. Other duties may be required during quiet periods.  Predominately a Monday to Friday role, but some Saturdays may be required.

The Person

•    1 years+ as a barista

•    Adaptable personality to work under pressure

•    Positive, friendly and team focused individual

•    Similar hospitality experience in a service focused environment 

•    Outstanding customer service skills 

•    Experience using Point of Sale systems

•    Food hygiene certificate is required

•    Immaculate grooming- this is essential

•    Clear and precise communication. 

•    Drivers license is advantageous 

•    Working with Children Check is required prior to starting
