About the role
An opportunity has become available to join the Rodd & Gunn team as Manager in our amazing pad in David Jones Chatswood
In this customer-focused role, you will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining exceptional customer service and leading the store team. This is an excellent chance to develop your retail management skills within a premium brand.
What you'll be doing
- Lead, coach and motivate your team.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Oversee store operations.
- Roster planning.
- Delivering world class 'insta worthy' VM standards.
- Contribute to the achievement of store targets and Key Performance Indicators.
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1 years' experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a team.
- Proven ability to multitask, problem-solve and work well under pressure.
- Passion for the Rodd & Gunn brand and a commitment to delivering premium customer experiences.
- Ability to work a Tuesday - Saturday roster.
