**About the Opportunity**:
About Smiles Chatswood is currently searching for an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to join our team on a full time basis and lead our practice towards continued success. We are an 8 chair, fast paced, high end cosmetic focus practice dedicated to providing a positive experience for all patients that come through the door.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the practice, including adherence to health regulations and industry standards.
- Financial Management: Manage financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, while maintaining exceptional service quality.
- Team Leadership: Supervise staffing needs, including interviewing, training, and scheduling, to optimise team performance and meet patient needs.
- Patient Relations: Address patient inquiries and concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly.

**About You**:

- Proven experience as a Dental Practice Manager or in a similar managerial role within a dental or healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of dental procedures, office management, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent financial management skills, including experience with budgeting and forecasting.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
