Are you a data-driven and systems orientated CRM professional ready to take ownership of a high-impact platform? This newly created APAC role, based in Sydney, offers an exciting opportunity to join this market leader in Real Estate. The business is scaling their CRM and SalesHub systems to power smarter leasing, marketing, and customer engagement across the APAC region. This program will be led by their Sydney based marketing team.
About the Role
As CRM Manager, you'll be the technical and marketing backbone of their HubSpot-based CRM and SalesHub platforms. You'll manage data flows, ensure system integrity, and deliver actionable insights that drive performance across leasing and marketing teams.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on operational excellence, data governance, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimise CRM and SalesHub platforms (HubSpot)
- Manage user access, system configuration, and platform settings
- Ensure data accuracy across contacts, companies, deals, and property records
- Oversee data hygiene, deduplication, and governance processes
- Collaborate with IT to manage integrations and ensure secure, reliable data flows
- Build dashboards and reports to track pipeline, performance, and adoption metrics
- Analyse CRM data to uncover trends and support strategic decisions
- Manage a prioritised backlog of CRM enhancements and process improvements
- Translate business requirements into technical briefs and coordinate implementation
- Champion CRM best practices and support user training across teams
What You'll Bring
- Experience in CRM operations or data management roles
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Strong understanding of data governance, segmentation, and reporting
- Ability to build and manage audience segments and workflows
- Experience in dashboard creation and analytics tools
- Proven track record working with cross-functional teams (Leasing, Marketing, IT)
- Experience managing CRM enhancement backlogs or improvement projects
- Exposure to multi-market data environments (APAC/global) is a plus
