We're looking for a temp CRM & Loyalty Executive to provide hands-on support during a busy peak sales period for a leading fashion group. This temp role is ideal for someone highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable managing day-to-day (BAU) campaign tasks under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day execution of CRM, email, and SMS campaigns
  • Ensure campaigns are accurate, on time, and aligned with brand goals
  • Manage BAU tasks such as data segmentation, scheduling, testing, and reporting
  • Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to keep workflows running smoothly

Key requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in email marketing, CRM, or campaign coordination
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities
  • Experience with marketing automation is a plus
  • Salesforce experience is a bonus, but not essential
