About the Role
We are seeking a strategically minded and creatively driven CRM Manager to take the lead on our owned media channels, customer database strategy, and the exciting launch of a new customer retention/loyalty program. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on data driven decision making and is passionate about delivering elevated customer experiences.
This role is hands-on, combining strategic oversight with day to day execution. You'll be responsible for shaping our CRM strategy, leading the rollout of a customer retention/loyalty program, and ensuring our communications are personalised, timely, and effective.
Role Responsibilities
- CRM Strategy & Execution: Own and execute the customer lifecycle strategy, focusing on acquisition, retention, and lifetime value across email, SMS, and other owned channels.
- Customer Database Management: Lead segmentation, targeting, and data hygiene initiatives to ensure our customer insights are actionable and optimised for performance.
- Loyalty Program Leadership: Drive the end-to-end development and implementation of a new loyalty and rewards program, designed to enhance customer engagement and brand loyalty.
- Campaign Management: Create and deploy targeted CRM campaigns using Klaviyo, including automated flows, promotions, and brand-led content.
- Performance & Insights: Analyse CRM metrics and KPIs to continuously refine and improve campaign effectiveness. Deliver clear, actionable reporting.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across marketing, e-commerce, creative, and customer experience to ensure cohesive and impactful CRM initiatives.
- Innovation & Trends: Stay ahead of CRM, personalisation, and loyalty trends to bring fresh thinking and innovation to the brand.
Who You Are
- Proven experience managing CRM, loyalty, or customer lifecycle programs, ideally within retail, e-commerce, or lifestyle brands.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Klaviyo preferred) and proficiency in database segmentation and automated marketing flows.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear insights and actions.
- Creative flair combined with strategic thinking - able to balance commercial performance with brand storytelling.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver results.
