About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Power BI Developer (mid-level) to join our growing analytics and reporting team. You'll be designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports that empower business leaders to make data-driven decisions.

This role requires solid expertise in Power BI, DAX, data modeling, and SQL, plus the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Develop, publish, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.

Partner with business units to gather requirements, define KPIs, and deliver actionable dashboards.

Build and optimize data models for accuracy, scalability, and performance.

Write advanced DAX calculations and measures to support business logic.

Connect and transform data from multiple sources (SQL Server, Excel, Azure, APIs, etc.).

Ensure data quality, consistency, and security across reporting solutions.

Handle ad-hoc reporting requests and provide actionable insights.

Collaborate with IT/data teams to integrate Power BI with enterprise data platforms.

Stay current with Microsoft Power Platform and BI best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

3–5 years' experience in Power BI development.

Strong expertise in data modeling, DAX, and Power Query (M).

Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.

Experience with multiple data sources (cloud & on-premise).

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good understanding of data visualization best practices.

Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Bonus: Familiarity with Azure Data Services (Data Lake, Synapse, Databricks), Power Apps, Power Automate, or Microsoft Fabric.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
