We're looking for a passionate and motivated Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team in Wetherill Park.

Reporting into the State Sales Manager, you will expand our expertise, boosting our capabilities and the ForestOne name.

The day-to-day aspects of the role encompasses:

  • Accurately process customer orders and provide prompt resolutions to enquiries regarding products, stock, pricing, lead times, and delivery.
  • Utilise excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively articulate product features, benefits and value to customers.
  • Actively engage with current and prospective customers to understand and anticipate their evolving business needs.
  • Contribute to the overall team environment, focusing on innovation, outstanding customer service and product and brand awareness.
  • The overall role will encompass aspects of customer orders and enquiries, sales, administration and market and product knowledge

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role in an industry with physical products (distribution, manufacturing).
  • Timber product knowledge highly regarded.
  • Enthusiasm for learning new products and industry knowledge.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to engage with customers confidently and professionally.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to the diverse needs of our customers.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
